Renaissance Evolution has received a grant from the Italian government allowing the foundation to provide the Italian language and Italian history teachers to selected American schools within five states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi.

"We are thrilled that the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has chosen Renaissance Evolution to administer this program.

The Italian Cultural Agency (ICA) project is financed through an Italian Government grant and operates under the supervision of the Consulate General of Italy in Miami.

Our passion for the Italian language and history can now be shared with selected American kindergarten through twelfth-grade schools within the states where we operate.

We look forward to partnering with American educators to bring these new courses to American students," says Dr. Luciana Vecchiato, who is the Project Director.

The program will bring English-speaking Italian teachers to participating American schools where they will provide Italian language and culture classes for students who choose to opt into the program.

"Allowing students to learn a new language and understand a new culture and history, especially one like Italy's which influenced American history in such a profound manner, is exciting.  We are fully committing to making sure it's a success,"

added Roberto Masiero, Founder and President of Renaissance Evolution, who holds a doctorate in the humanities.
