This is a routine that can take place anywhere with an open space, the benefits of this goes from boosting your metabolism to helping you develop aerobic and anaerobic capacities, that will eventually improve your overall cardiovascular health. i know , i know we all what to know about the fat burning effect, well let me explain you, this type of workout is called HIIT (high intensity interval training), this means that the workout will consist of short explosive periods of time instead of the old fashion 30 minutes run. Different studies have shown that HIIT helps the athlete burn the fat faster that the regular steady cardio, This type of training plays with our heart rate increasing the metabolism in the body and taking cardio training to a different level. OK, a few tips i can give you is to eat a piece of fruit 30 minutes before this training, keep the rest period between 30 seconds and maximum 1 minute and of course during each exercise give all you got, remember is HIGH INTENSITY! not "kinda high intensity", and last but not least important, take a big bottle of water because you will need it. lets make the fat cry!

When doing arms you gotta try different techniques, you can do heavy weight and low repetitions or as me you can work with high volume in a range of 12 to 15 reps with a moderate weight that i can control but that still makes me push myself in the last repetitions. Both methods work, you just gotta find the one that works best for you. Next i will list the exercises i do during my bicep routine: 1. Barbel curls 4sets x (12-15)reps 2.
